Rian O'Meara, C.Ht.

Rian O’Meara is a certified hypnotherapist and guidance counselor. His practice is in Los Angeles with an emphasis on individual growth through clearer, intrapersonal communication. Fundamentally, he assists with one’s subconscious connection to accelerate conscious change. “In my practice, I blend a unique therapeutic mix of how to balance body, mind and will. For example, as a client, you know what you want: peace of mind, prosperity, self-respect, confidence, the list goes on. I show my clients easy to use everyday tools to achieve their goals and reinforce their ability to use these tools quickly, easily and simply.” It is a technique of self-empowerment.

Rian graduated from the University of Arizona with a B.A. in Psychology and naturally gravitated to the helping professions. One of his most vital experiences came early on as a Case Manager for a group home of juvenile delinquent boys in Chicago. “The experience gave me leadership responsibilities and I learned essential lessons about healing; most importantly, that no matter how hard one tries to help another, only that person can choose to make a better life.” It’s an approach that makes all the difference.
